Isobelle Chen is a Quantitative User Researcher in the fintech sector and a researcher interested in how individuals process complex social information and make decisions, particularly in the context of mental health and care systems. Currently based in Toronto, she leads quantitative and mixed-methods research to support product and business strategy. She holds a Master of Education in Applied Psychology and Human Development and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Isobelle has contributed to large-scale research projects exploring early childhood policy, educator retention, and family wellbeing across Canada, and works as a Behavioral Therapist supporting clients with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
