Reimagining Care/Work Policies

Janna Klostermann is a feminist sociologist exploring the politics of care through narrative, ethnographic and arts-based research. “What about the limits of care?” is a question central to her work. She recently completed a Ph.D. in Carleton’s Department of Sociology, and was awarded a SSHRC postdoctoral fellowship for a project entitled, ‘Imagining Equitable, Sustainable Care Relations in a Post-COVID-19 Canada.’ Under the supervision of Professor Andrea Doucet, Klostermann is a postdoctoral fellow in Brock’s Department of Sociology and a member of the Reimagining Care/Work Policies Project.
